Brady Sullivan Properties

Brady Sullivan Properties is a real estate developer based in Manchester, New Hampshire that owns residential and commercial properties across New England. Brady Sullivan has an extensive history of environmental complaints, including asbestos and lead, across their properties. Devenscrest Village apartments are known to contain asbestos. After Devenscrest residents raised concerns in the face of substantial rehab on units adjacent to their homes, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection came out, found asbestos violations, and has continued to investigate.
